Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit tired but clean, offered efficient-designed space, and featured a wonderful view from the balcony. However, some rooms overlooked the pool and the car park, which wasn't ideal. The dreamy aspect was having a big room with a balcony to enjoy.

The staff was doing us a huge favor by granting us a room, but unfortunately, they were unsympathetic to our issue and the room had a horrible smell. However, some staff members were helpful, particularly those waiting.

I stayed in a room with a twin bed and two balconies, one overlooking the car park while the other had picturesque views of the nearby bridge. Although cozy, my room was above the garbage bins with a complete view of a parking lot and lots of flies flying around. Additionally, the attic location led to my wife heavily bumping her head.

The service staff at the hotel were extremely nice. Everybody that worked there made us feel very welcomed, and they would come to our table to serve us. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having drinks put on our room tab.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with hassle-free parking and friendly staff. Being very close to the lake, I enjoyed some view of the water and the wonderful scenery around the Slovenian Alps. It couldn't be better!
